Overall, the work quality has continuously been stellar. The staff is at the right place at the right time and can work very quickly. When I come home, my yard looks fantastic. Conversely, I would suggest including a way to request and schedule services through the online portal versus calling each time which seems tedious, though it still gets the job done. On that note, the customer service agent Kristina Gadiaga is skilled and benevolent, so I hope this assessment is a testament to her and the rest of the team’s high caliber of service.

Small Company seems short staffed. They keep on rescheduling lawn treatment service. I have a doggie, so have to be careful when they come so I do not let the doggie out in the yard. Finally they came and done the work, Good customer service, I was only charged for one application, instated of two. The tech who came called me and let me know the work done. Keep up the good customer relationship

I had leaf removal and winterized my sprinkler system. Ender removed our leaves and did a fantastic job. Very professional and personable. The winterizing tech did a great job as well. notified me of potential issues with my irrigation system and helped repair a broken sprinkler head. I will continue to use their services in the future.
